On-Site Project Consultation

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Clover Design. Our On-Site Project Consultation is a professional consulting service designed to evaluate your property, discuss project goals, identify opportunities and constraints, and provide strategic guidance before design work begins. Before Your Appointment To make the most of our visit, please provide the following (if available): Property address A brief description of your project Existing plans, surveys, or site photos Any inspiration images or specific questions you'd like to discuss Appointment Details Consultation fee: $350 flat rate Includes approximately 60 minutes on site Covers project feasibility, development strategy, budgeting considerations, permitting overview, and recommended next steps A follow-up summary email may be provided when applicable Cancellation & Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund. Travel The consultation fee includes travel within our standard service area in Orange County and Los Angeles County. Additional travel fees may apply for projects located outside these areas. Consultation Scope This consultation provides professional guidance based on the information available at the time of the visit. It does not include architectural drawings, construction documents, engineering, detailed code research, permit applications, or legal advice. Recommendations provided during the consultation are preliminary and may change as additional project information becomes available. Consultation Credit If you retain Clover Design for design services within 90 days of your consultation, the $350 consultation fee will be credited toward your design agreement.
