Not every project starts with drawings. It starts with a conversation. During this complimentary 15-minute consultation, we'll discuss your project goals, timeline, budget, and development potential. Whether you're an investor, homeowner, Realtor, or contractor, we'll help you understand the next steps, identify potential challenges, and determine how Clover Design can support your project. This consultation is intended for new projects only and is designed to evaluate project compatibility rather than provide detailed architectural design or code analysis. Please prepare the property address and a brief description of your project before the meeting. If available, please email any existing plans, site photos, or inspiration images before the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
At Clover Design, every project begins with a thoughtful conversation. This complimentary consultation is intended to understand your goals, evaluate your project's feasibility, and determine the most effective path forward. To make the most of our time together, please have the following information available: • Property address • Project scope • Estimated budget • Existing plans or site photos (if available) Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Complimentary consultations are intended for prospective clients and new projects. Project-specific design solutions, code research, or detailed consulting services are beyond the scope of this introductory meeting and may require a paid consultation. Our goal is to determine whether Clover Design is the right partner for your project.
